More than two dozen local farmers, ranchers and leaders in agriculture have endorsed Michael Ranalli in his campaign for a second term as District 4 County Supervisor. The endorsers include the El Dorado Wineries Association and represent a broad cross-section of the strongly agricultural 4th District, where Ranalli has lived for more than 34 years.
Paul Bush, Owner/Winemaker, Madroña Vineyards “Michael Ranalli has been a long-time advocate for agriculture in our county. He understands the economic importance of tourism and small business while balancing the needs of our rural community. I believe his knowledge and experience will keep El Dorado County moving in the right direction.”
Greg Boeger, Founder, Boeger Winery "Michael Ranalli, a grape grower himself, is a long-time supporter of the farming community and a proven leader who is committed to protecting our rural quality of life".
David Bolster, third-generation apple grower “Agriculture needs leaders like Michael Ranalli. Michael is an outstanding voice for our rural county in not only preserving and protecting our family farms, but in driving policies that advance agriculture and economic development into the next generation”.
Chuck Bacchi, Bacchi Ranch, and El Dorado County Ag Commission Member This seventh generation rancher stated, “I like a candidate who is qualified, knowledgeable and has a passion to do the right thing. Michael has an impressive business background and has used that experience as County Supervisor to support the major issues facing our rural communities. His learning curve is complete. His grasp of important rural issues makes him a great County Supervisor."
Other leaders also followed Bacchi in their support for Ranalli. “Michael Ranalli has the support of the Agriculture community. He works hard not only for his district but for the entire county, to ensure agriculture remains an economic driver for the El Dorado County rural lifestyle," said Ann Wofford, Wofford Acres Vineyards. El Dorado Wineries Association Board president, Lexi Boeger expressed that, “Many important issues that affect agriculture, business and economic health face El Dorado County. Michael Ranalli makes fair, thoughtful, and far-sighted decisions that preserve the beloved aspects of our rural county. He works for improvements, where needed, to achieve a vibrant, thriving community."
