Farm Bureau Endorses Mike Ranalli for District 4
The El Dorado County Farm Bureau’s Board of Directors has voted to endorse Michael Ranalli in the Board of Supervisors District 4 race. His first term record shows his ability to represent his constituents and the county in a professional and exemplary manner. "Supervisor Ranalli is a proven leader and has been an important supporter of agriculture,” said Farm Bureau President, Dave Pratt. “He is an intelligent, engaged problem solver with the best interests of our county at heart.”
“I consider Mike to be the rare candidate who has spent his time in office representing every aspect of his district. His years of volunteering and learning about local land use and zoning have served him well in office. He came prepared able to tackle the difficult issues facing the county”, said Maryann Argyres.
“Voters have the opportunity to re-elect a candidate who has spent his entire first term tackling the difficult issues facing the county,” said Farm Bureau Vice President, Gordon Helm. “He has shown his ability to learn about every aspect of his district and the county as a whole.”
Ranalli owns and operates a vineyard in Lotus with wife, Colleen. Before becoming District 4 Supervisor he served on local commissions, boards and local community organizations, doing the necessary work to become familiar with the county. Mike brings a broad range of abilities and experience to the job of supervisor. He is also a Farm Bureau member.
“Michael Ranalli has proven himself an effective representative and should be given the opportunity to continue his excellent work for the county,” said Chuck Bacchi, owner of Bacchi Ranch. “Just as important, Michael is a unifier, not a divider. I believe he has brought focus to our board of supervisors and address the issues in a fair, even and temperate manner.”
The El Dorado County Farm Bureau works to promote and protect farmers, ranchers, and foresters, and our rural way of life on behalf of nearly 900 member families county-wide. We are pleased to support Michael Ranalli for supervisor again in 2018.
Support from the Farm Bureau is a further sign that Michael Ranalli has the support from Agricultural, Business and Community leaders for a second term as District 4 Supervisor.
